By engaging our services, the Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions. This agreement shall commence on the date the Client signs a contract or proposal and continues until the services are completed unless terminated earlier as provided herein.
4. Payments & Fees
- Deposit: A deposit of 40% of the project cost is due upon signing a contract or proposal.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion, or as specified in the contract.
- Late Payments: ShoutifyMe reserves the right to charge interest on late payments at 30% per month.
5. Project Scope and Revisions
All projects will have a clearly defined scope outlined in the contract or proposal. Any changes or additional requests not included in the original scope may incur additional fees and extend delivery timelines.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide necessary information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner to facilitate project completion. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.
7. Confidentiality
ShoutifyMe will keep confidential all information provided by the Client unless disclosure is required by law or consent is provided.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon final payment, the Client will receive ownership rights for the final website or design. ShoutifyMe reserves the right to retain any source files, templates, and proprietary code used in the development of the project unless otherwise agreed.
9. Warranty and Liability
- Limited Warranty: ShoutifyMe warrants that the services provided will meet the agreed specifications. This warranty is valid for days from project completion.
- Limitation of Liability: ShoutifyMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services provided.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches a material term and fails to cure it within days. The Client will be responsible for any completed work and incurred expenses up to the date of termination.
11. Amendments
ShoutifyMe reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Changes will be communicated to clients via email or by posting an updated version on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
The laws of the United Kingdom shall govern these Terms & Conditions. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of your Location.
